以朋辈心理辅导的内涵为切入点,对高校朋辈心理辅导情况进行研究,针对高校朋辈心理辅导存在的问题,提出高校应成立"高校-院(系)-班级-宿舍"四级心理辅导工作体系;应规范朋辈心理辅导员的招募和选拔;进行职业能力和职业道德培训;构建激励、监管和评价体系,从而全面提高高校朋辈心理辅导的实效。

Based on the counseling connotation,the paper analyses the current situation of peer counseling in colleges and universities and points out the existing problems,then puts forward a four-levele dcounseling system of university-college( department)-class-dormitory. The recruitment and selection of peer counselors should be donenormatively,along with professional ability and ethics trainings. Excitation,supervision and evaluation systems will help to improve the actual effect of peer counseling.
