加快鲁西崛起是山东省委、省政府确定的一项重大工程,具有重要的战略意义。鲁西5市要从实际出发,以问题为导向,应用现代理论,编制鲁西崛起规划,全面落实支持政策,加快产业转型升级,拓宽筹资融资渠道,实施创新驱动战略,积极推进对外开放,强化污染防治工作,深化政务服务改革,努力为鲁西崛起做出应有的贡献。

Determined by Provincial Committee of CPC and People's Government of Shandong,accelerating the rise of Western Shandong is a major project which has important strategic significance. The five cities in Western Shandong should proceed from the reality,take the problem as the guide,use modern theory,work out the plan of rising,implement the supporting policies in an all-round way,accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading,broaden the financing channels,implement the innovation-driven strategy,actively promote the opening up,strengthen the pollution prevention and control work,deepen the reform of government services,and make due contributions to the rise of Western Shandong.
