将文化遗产划分为物质文化遗产、非物质文化遗产是一个全新的视角,朝鲜族非物质文化遗产具有地域性、群众性、教育性、脆弱性等特点。在现代社会转型时期,抢救、保护和开发利用各民族的非物质文化遗产是一件重要而艰巨的任务,需要在具体保护中创造地采取新的措施。
Abstract：It is a new angle of view to divide the cultural heritage into material and non-material.The Korean People's non-material cultural heritage is regional,popular,educational and fragile.In the process of the change of the contemporary society,it is an important and arduous task to save,protect and utilize the non-material cultural heritage belonging to all nations.We need to take new protective measures.
