为推动乡村振兴和农业农村现代化，国家十分重视高素质农民技能培训。目前，高素质农民技能培训虽然成效显著，但在完善高素质农民全面发展政策体系、培训主体协同合作、健全教育培训体系等方面仍存在不少问题。构建“四区联动、五位协同”的高素质农民培训机制，将有利于集中优势资源，促进各主体协同培养适应经济社会发展的高素质农民队伍。
Abstract：In order to promote rural revitalization and agricultural modernization, the state attaches great importance to the skill training of high-quality villagers. Although the training has achieved remarkable results, at present, there are still many problems in improving the policy system, the coordination and cooperation of training subjects, and improving the education and training system. The construction of the training mechanism of "Four Linkages, Five coordination" will help to concentrate advantageous resources and promote the cooperation of all subjects to cultivate a team of high-quality villagers to adapt to economic and social development.
