中职学生自主学习意愿的现状及影响因素研究——以福建经济学校为例

摘要:

为了摸清当前中职学生自主学习意愿现状及影响因素,通过对福建经济学校在校学生的实地问卷调查,运用描述统计、单因素方差模型和多元线性回归模型实证考察了中职学生自主学习意愿及影响因素。研究结果表明,中职学生课余时间的利用率不高,学习依赖性较强;人口统计学因素中的性别、年级、专业类别、月均消费水平、月均学习费用5个变量对中职学生的自主学习意愿产生了显著影响;同时,专业满意度、学习动机、学习目标、教师教学水平4个变量对中职学生的自主学习意愿产生了显著影响。依据研究结论可知,有必要通过引导学生正确认知学习目标和端正学习动机、加强学科专业建设、深化专业知识教育、提高学生的专业认知、改善教师自身的知识结构、提高教师教学水平及教学质量等方面的措施来更好地提高中职学生的自主学习意愿。

Abstract:

A questionnaire is conducted among the students of Fujian Economic School along with the descriptive? statistics,single-factor variance model and multiple linear regression model applied to find out the status quo and influencing factors of the students' self-regulated learning(SRL) willingness in secondary vocational schools.The findings suggest that secondary vocational school students don 't spend much time in after-class learning and show little willingness in SRL; the five demographic factors—gender,grade,major,monthly consumption level and monthly studying expenses,have a significant effect on the students' SRL willingness; the four variables—major satisfaction,learning motive,learning objective and teaching competence,produce an obvious effect on the students' SRL willingness.So it can be concluded that it is necessary to guide students in developing a correct learning motive and learning objective,strengthen discipline and profession construction,deepen professional knowledge education,enhance students' professional cognition,improve teachers 'knowledge structure,teaching competence and teaching quality,so as to better stimulate the students' SRL willingness.
