目前变频器节能控制系统无法精确控制频率能耗,导致变频器节能控制系统出现电阻负载的情况,变频器节能效果差,影响系统运行,为此设计基于PLC技术的变频器节能控制系统.利用PLC技术所具有双线制特点,设计变频器节能控制系统硬件框架,并对系统回路和系统触摸屏加以改进,完成系统硬件设计.软件设计方面,制定触摸屏界面,确定触摸屏功能;根据变频器能耗情况,设定系统中变频器节能规则,控制变频器节能.实验结果表明,采用所设计系统对变频器进行节能控制时,直流母线电压波形正常,且并未出现明显电阻,表明所设计系统的节能控制效果较好.
Abstract:At present,the energy-saving control system cannot accurately control the frequency energy consumption,resulting in resistance load in the frequency converter energy-saving control system,poor energy-saving effect and affecting the system operation.Therefore,this paper designs the frequency converter energy-saving control system based on PLC technology,uses the two-wire system characteristics of PLC technology,designs the hardware framework of the control system,and improves the system loop and system touch screen.In terms of software design,the touch screen interface is formulated to determine its function;Set energy saving rules and control energy saving according to the energy consumption of frequency converter.The designed system is compared with two traditional systems,and the operating power of the frequency converter is set.The experimental results show that when the designed system is used to control the energy saving of the frequency converter,the DC bus voltage waveform is normal and there is no obvious resistance,indicating that the energy-saving control effect of the designed system is good.
