英语词汇学习自我监控能力与英语四级成绩及性别的关系

本研究在以过程为导向的动机理论与英语学习自我监控能力相结合的理论基础上,将研究范围具体落脚在英语词汇学习方面,在对整群随机抽取的山东农业大学329名非英语专业二年级学生进行问卷调查后,运用定量研究的方法,就英语词汇学习自我监控能力与四级成绩和性别的关系进行了研究。结果表明:非英语专业大学生英语词汇学习自我监控能力达到中等以上水平且个体差异明显;英语词汇学习自我监控能力与四级成绩存在显著的正相关;非英语专业大学生英语词汇学习自我监控能力没有显著的性别差异。

Abstract:

Based on the combination of the process-oriented motivation theory and self-regulatory capacity in English learning,this study focused on the vocabulary field and investigated self-regulatory capacity in English vocabulary learning(SRCvoc) and its relationship to CET-4 achievement and gender.According to the stratified random sampling,329 subjects were selected.Results indicated that non-English major's SRCvoc has achieved high than moderate level and there's significant individual difference.Next,SRCvoc positively correlated with CET-4 achievement and moreover,no significant gender difference was found.
