巩固中华民族文化主体性是一项重大的时代性任务，具有鲜明的生成逻辑、深刻的价值意蕴和清晰的实践进路。从生成逻辑来看，巩固中华民族文化主体性源于对坚持马克思主义指引的理论自觉、对推进中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的文化自觉、对承继中国共产党建设中华民族文化主体性经验的历史自觉、对防范应对文化领域风险考验的实践自觉。从价值意蕴来看，巩固中华民族文化主体性是促进人的自由全面发展的必然要求、是推进中国式现代化的必然要求、是建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求、是发展人类文明新形态的必然要求。从实践进路来看，在新的历史起点上巩固中华民族文化主体性，要以坚持党的文化领导权为根本保证、在推进“两个结合”中激发内生动力、在文明交流互鉴中开创新气象新作为、在文化实践中牢固树立人民主体地位。

Consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese national culture is a major task of the times,with a clear generation logic,profound value implications,and clear practical approaches. From the perspective of generative logic,consolidating the subjectivity of the Chinese national culture stems from the theoretical consciousness of adhering to the guidance of Marxism,the cultural consciousness of promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the historical consciousness of inheriting the experience of the CPC in building the subjectivity of the Chinese national culture,and the practical consciousness of preventing and responding to the risk test in the cultural field. From the perspective of value implication,consolidating the subjectivity of the Chinese national culture is the inevitable requirement for promoting the free and comprehensive development of human beings,promoting Chinese path to modernization,building a socialist cultural power,and developing a new form of human civilization. Therefore,to consolidate the subjectivity of Chinese national culture,it is necessary to adhere to the cultural leadership of the CPC as the fundamental guarantee on the practical approaches,stimulate endogenous motivation in promoting the “two combinations”,create new achievements in cultural exchange and mutual learning,and firmly establish the position of the people as the main body in cultural practice.
