近年各地幼儿园的高收费已引起社会关注。公立园供不应求,收取较高赞助费;民办园按市场定价,追逐利润。究其原因,在于政府经费投入不足且分配不均,以及学前教育过于市场化等。幼儿园收费与学前教育的公平性和公益性密切相关。国家应明确幼儿园收费办法的改革思路,建立规范合理的幼儿园收费机制。

Recently,overcharging in the kindergarten throughout the country has attracted extensive attention.Public kindergartens which are in short supply charge high sponsorship fees and private kindergartens which implement market- oriented pricing are in pursuit of profits. There are several factors that contribute to the overcharging in the kindergarten. For example,the government funding is insufficient and divided unequally,the over- marketization of preschool education etc. The issue not only matters the healthy growth of millions of children,but also is related to the equity and public welfare of preschool education. Consequently,the reform ideas of kindergartens' charging must be made clearly. In addition,a standard and sound mechanism of kindergartens' charging must be set.
