新疆生产建设兵团是当今世界唯一、中国独一无二的特殊组织,它以企业形式出现于世人面前,是推动新疆经济发展的重要力量;又肩负着守疆卫国之职责,进行了政权性建设和社会性建设,成为军、政、社、企一体,社会形态比较完整的政权组织,承载着亦军亦民的特殊功能和使命,活跃于当代中国政治舞台。
Abstract：Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of the Army is a special and unique organization both in China and in the world.It appears as an enterprise and serves as an important force to promote the economic construction in Xinjiang.It also undertakes the duty to defend the frontier of the country,to carry out political power and social construction.Actually it is an integrated and complete power organization of the army,political institution,society,and business.In China's active political stage it plays the function of the army and the civilian.
