受世界多元化、经济全球化和国际化的影响,提高英语专业学生跨文化交际能力势在必行。本文从交际知识,交际技能和交际意识入手,对学生的跨文化交际能力进行调查和测量。调查发现:学生的跨文化交际意识较强,但在英语和汉语语言知识和文化知识方面存在不同程度地缺失;在中西文化存在较大差异的方面,其交际沟通存在明显障碍。对此,文章提出了开设跨文化交际课程,增加与外国人交流的机会,开展丰富多彩的课下活动和有效利用网络平台等途径和方法,旨在培养和提高学生的跨文化交际能力。

In view of the world diversification,economic globalization and internationalization,it is of great importance to improve English- major students' intercultural communicative competence. The paper investigated and measured students' intercultural communicative competence from three aspects: communication knowledge,communication skills and communication awareness. The results show that college students have strong communication awareness,but they lack English and Chinese culture knowledge. And their communication competence is relatively low,reflected in the performance of big difference between Chinese and Western culture. In light of the investigation,the paper puts forward such methods as offering intercultural communication course, providing students' opportunities to communicate with foreigners,organizing more activities and utilizing the internet to improve their intercultural communicative competence.
