《论持久战》是发扬历史主动精神的生动写照。在这部光辉著作中，毛泽东同志科学把握规律，坚定人民立场，凸显创新意识，坚定斗争意志，强调过硬本领，充分彰显和高扬了伟大的历史主动精神，引领全民族抗战最终取得胜利。充分挖掘和深入总结《论持久战》蕴含的历史主动精神，对于中国共产党在新时代弘扬历史主动精神，顺利推进社会主义现代化强国建设具有重要意义。在新时代的征程上，我们要深刻领悟《论持久战》所蕴含的历史主动精神，尊重客观规律、坚持人民至上、强化创新意识、发扬斗争精神，坚定不移地推进中华民族伟大复兴，推进社会主义现代化强国建设。
Abstract：On Protracted War was a vivid portrayal of the historical initiative spirit. In this great work, Comrade Mao Zedong scientifically grasped the laws, firmly held the people's position, highlighted innovative consciousness, strengthened the will to fight, emphasized solid skills, fully demonstrated and elevated the great historical initiative spirit, and led the entire nation to ultimately win the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. It is of great significance for the Communist Party of China to fully explore and thoroughly summarize the historical initiative spirit contained in On Protracted War to carry forward the historical initiative spirit in the new era and smoothly promote the construction of a socialist modernized strong country. Standing on the journey of the new era, we must deeply understand the historical initiative spirit contained in On Protracted War, respect objective laws, adhere to the supremacy of the people, strengthen innovation consciousness, carry forward the spirit of struggle, and unwaveringly promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of a socialist modernized strong country.
