摘要:

核心员工的保留与激励关系到企业的生存与发展,企业针对核心员工的有效激励机制的设计必须以满足其需求为基础。根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,不同层次的核心员工有着不同层次的需求:基层核心员工处于生理需求层次,中层核心员工处于安全和社交需求层次,高层核心员工则处于尊重和自我实现需求层次。同时,优秀的激励文化又会成为留住企业核心员工"身""心"的最佳绩效管理方式。

Abstract:

Keeping and stimulating coreworkers concerns the existence and development of an enterprise.The design of the effective and incentive systems must be based on meeting their different needs.According to Maslow's hierarchical theory of needs,the coreworkers from different classes have different needs.The coreworkers of grass root need to satisfy their basic physical needs,and the coreworkers from middle classs need security and social contact,while the coreworkers from upper class need respect and self-fulfillment.And the excellent stimulating culture is the best way to keep the coreworkers working with devotion in the corporation.
