摘要:

海参(Sea Cucumber)属于棘皮动物门海参纲.海参是一种高蛋白、低脂、低糖、低胆固醇食品,营养丰富,且含有多种生物活性物质,如海参多糖、海参皂苷、硫酸软骨素等,具有很高的保健和药用价值.海参生物活性物质具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、增加免疫力等作用,本文对其药理作用进行了详细的阐述.

Abstract:

Sea Cucumber belongs to the Holothurioider of Echinodermata. Sea Cucumber is the food of high protein,low fat,low sugar,low cholesterol and rich nutrition. Sea Cucumber contains a variety of bioactive substances,such as Sea Cucumber polysaccharide,saponins,chondroitin sulfate,etc,which have value of very high health care and medical value. The bioactive substances in Sea Cucumber has the effects of anti- tumor,antibacterial,increasing immunity and its pharmacological effects are described in detail.
