新时代高等教育要倾力实现教育报国、教育强国梦,把"培养人"作为当今高校的根本任务。构建高等学校学术事务与学生事务协作模式,整合高等学校教育资源,为学生营造无缝衔接的学习环境,以求达成"五育并举"这一教育目标。为达到这一目标,需要领导组织机制、运行保障机制、考核评价机制等方面的构建来保障高等学校学术事务与学生事务协作的顺利运行。

Higher education in the new era should strive to realize the dream of serving and strengthening the country through education,and take training people as the fundamental tasks of today's colleges and universities.The cooperation mode of academic affairs and student affairs in colleges and universities should be constructed to integrate the educational resources and create a seamless learning environment for students so as to achieve the goal of five-in-one education. The leadership organization mechanism,operation guarantee mechanism,evaluation mechanism and other aspects are also needed to ensure the smooth operation of academic and student affairs cooperation in colleges and universities.
