新经济和新产业的快速发展，对土木工程专业人才培养提出了新的挑战.以菏泽学院土木工程专业为例，总结了土木工程专业的人才培养计划、课程教学模式、实践育人平台等方面改革的主要措施，探索了在新工科背景下土木工程专业人才培养模式，以期为新工科背景下土木工程专业人才培养提供参考.
Abstract：The rapid development of new economy and new industry has posed new challenges to the talent training of Civil Engineering. Taking Civil Engineering Specialty of Heze University as an example, this paper summarizes the main measures for the reform of talent training plan, curriculum teaching mode, practical education platform and other aspects, and explores the mode to meet the talent training needs of Civil Engineering Specialty under the background of new engineering.
