数控加工仿真系统在数控技术教学中的应用探讨

摘要:

将数控加工仿真系统应用于数控技术教学中,可激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学习的主动性,提高教学实效性.结合数控编程与加工课程的教学实践,阐述了仿真教学、理论教学和实训教学的合理安排与有机融合问题.分析认为,应用"任务驱动"教学法进行仿真教学,可显著提高数控技术的教学效果.

Abstract:

Computer numerical control machining simulation system used in the teaching of numerical control technology,can stimulate students' interest and enhance learning initiative to improve teaching effectiveness.Combined with Computer numerical control programming and machining teaching practice,on the reasonable arrangement with the organic integration of simulation teaching theory of teaching and training teaching.Analysts believe that the application "task driven" pedagogy simulation teaching,can significantly improve the teaching effectiveness of the numerical control technology.
