风险社会的到来对新时代高校学生工作带来重大挑战。确保学生的安全稳定是构筑学校稳定、社会稳定的重要屏障。辅导员作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,在学生工作一线扮演着教师与管理者的双重角色。因此,防范风险时代突发公共危机对高校的不利影响与潜在破坏,需要进一步厘清辅导员在公共危机管理中的重要作用,破解辅导员在公共危机管理参与中法律法规不健全、参与渠道不通畅,专业知识储备不够,能力不强、参与方式简单,水平不高等难题,从法律法规健全、协同机制建立、专业知识能力提升、危机实践应对演练等多方面提升辅导员参与公共危机管理的能力。

The coming of risk society has brought great challenges to the work of college students in the new era,and ensuring the safety and stability of students is an important way to build school and social stability. As an important part of college teachers,counselors play a dual role of educators and managers in the front line of student work. Therefore,in order to prevent the adverse impact and potential damage of sudden public crisis in risk society on colleges and universities,it is necessary to further clarify the important role of counselors in public crisis management and solve the problems of imperfect laws and regulations,blocked channels,insufficient knowledge reserve,weak ability,simple participation mode and lower level,so as to improve the abilities of counselors to participate in public crisis management from the aspects of improving related laws and regulations,establishing coordination mechanism,improving professional knowledge and abilities,strengthening crisis practice and response drills and so on.
