摘要(Abstract)：

对慢性疲劳综合征的病因病机、诊断、治疗等方面的研究现状进行了综述.其病因病机包括病毒感染、精神心理因素、免疫系统功能异常、遗传易感性和神经内分泌系统紊乱等几个方面;目前,医学界主要采用美国疾病控制中心制定的诊断标准;慢性疲劳综合征的治疗主要有药物治疗、认知行为治疗和运动治疗等方法.最后,指出了存在的问题,并进行了研究展望.
