摘要(Abstract)：
课程设置为培养人才服务,西方酒店管理人才KSAs(知识Knowledge、技能Skill、能力Ability,简称KSAs)需求的研究梳理表明,成功的酒店管理人才需要掌握财务管理、市场营销、信息技术、人力资源、领导力与人际交往能力等6方面KSAs。从本科课程设置的角度分析了瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院的先进教学经验。
