规律的体育运动对2型糖尿病抗氧化和抗炎的机制分析Anti-oxidation and Anti-inflammatory Mechanism Analysis of Regular Physical Exercise on Type Ⅱ Diabetes

摘要(Abstract):
在过去的30年中,久坐不动的生活方式和过量的食物供应相结合,导致肥胖的患病率和代谢综合征及2型糖尿病的发病率显著增加.已有研究表明,体力活动水平低,每日能量消耗减少,导致内脏脂肪堆积,因此,氧化应激/炎症级联反应的激活是胰岛素抵抗型糖尿病发展和微血管并发症发生的基础.着重探讨了氧化应激和炎症参与2型糖尿病发病的病理生理途径,以及规律运动(训练)作为一种天然抗氧化剂和抗炎策略对预防2型糖尿病及其严重并发症的影响.
