融入并消失——自然法学说在黑格尔政治哲学中的遭遇A Discussion on the Experince of the Traditional Natural Law in Hegel' s Political Philosophy

摘要(Abstract)：
传统自然法在黑格尔政治哲学中被扬弃:平等观念和个人主义倾向被其国家观所拒绝;自由的价值被保存在了其君主立宪政体之中;自然法作为一种被言说了数千年的话语终于消失。自然法在黑格尔政治哲学中的这种遭遇可以从他的理论体系和当时德意志政治状况中得到某些解释。
