超声辅助法提取人工关节磨屑的实验研究A Study on Extraction of Artificial Joint Wear Debris Enhanced by Ultrasonic Wave

摘要(Abstract):
在人工关节摩擦磨损试验中,采用体积分数为25%的小牛血清去离子水稀释液为润滑液,以钴铬钼合金及超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)颗粒为摩擦副.探讨了外加40kHz超声频率时,在不同超声功率和不同超声作用时间下,牛血清蛋白降解效果及模拟润滑液中UHMWPE颗粒的聚集情况.结果表明:蛋白浓度随超声作用时间降低,随超声功率升高降低,说明超声破碎对高分子蛋白具有一定的降解作用;超声对牛血清UHMWPE悬浮液中颗粒具有凝聚作用,聚集体的含量随着超声处理时间的延长而增多,聚集体体积随着超声处理时间的延长而减小.
