酒店一线员工工作压力、工作满意度研究——基于工作—家庭冲突问题Study of Frontline Hotel Staffs' Work Stress and Satisfaction Degrees Based on Work- family Conflicts

摘要(Abstract):
通过对海口18家三星级以上酒店进行的538份问卷分析后发现,酒店一线员工的工作压力及工作-家庭冲突不会因性别、工作部门及工作年资有显著的差异,工作压力及工作-家庭冲突多产生在35岁以下具有大学学历的员工之间。研究结论支持了提出的假设,这就说明酒店业界需要注重解决一线青年员工的工作压力与家庭冲突问题,提升其工作满意度。
