碳源对多孔菌Polyporus sp.生长和木质素酶活性的影响Effects of Carbon Sources on Ligninase Action of Polyporus sp.

摘要(Abstract):
研究了多孔菌在不同碳源培养基中生长时对菌丝体生长及木质素酶(漆酶、多酚氧化酶、愈创木酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶)分泌的影响;结果表明,不同碳源对菌丝体生长影响较大,对四种酶类的分泌也有不同的影响,麦草粉和麸皮为碳源时能促进酶类的分泌。
