摘要(Abstract)：

人口老龄化是中国大陆现阶段及长期所必须面对的社会问题,迫切需要养老服务方面的专业人才.分析了我国大陆健康养老专业人才培养现状和存在的问题,指出开设相关专业的高职专科院校必须着眼于未来,与康复产业融合.就融合康复产业的健康养老专业人才培养改革问题,从修订人才培养目标、完善教学大纲、改革课程设置、加强实践教学、优化师资队伍等方面进行了阐述.
