转子槽肩对无轴承感应电机影响分析On the Influence of Rotor Slot Shoulder on Bearingless Induction Motor

摘要(Abstract):
针对无轴承感应电机转子槽形对电机性能具有较大影响,分析了槽肩形状对电机启动特性、负载特性以及转子系统悬浮力的影响.以一台四极无轴承电机为研究对象,在转速受悬浮绕组影响较小情况下,通过有限元仿真不同槽肩高和槽肩宽电机性能,得出的设计在一定程度上减少了转矩波动,齿肩宽相比齿肩高对转矩振动和悬浮力的影响更大,并为后续设计此类电机奠定了槽形优化理论基础与方法.
