摘要(Abstract)：
赛珍珠翻译的《水浒传》作为第一个英文全译本可谓命运多舛:一方面该译本在西方刚一面世便畅销不衰,风光无限;另一方面在国内却被口诛笔伐,历经坎坷。本文通过对《水浒传》赛译本命运沉浮的解读,围绕我国的文学翻译批评事业进行了反省与思考。
