一种高性能跨阻式测量放大器的设计Design of A High-performance Transimpedance Measurement Amplifier

摘要(Abstract):
为了实现一种适用于放大电流源转换器信号的测量放大器,提出了一种高性能的跨阻式测量放大器,它由3个运算浮地电流传输器和4个电阻器构成.采用OFCC实现设计的TIA和OFCC的电路结构,分析了OFCC的非理想特性对提出的跨阻式测量放大器性能的影响.通过SPICE对提出的设计方案的仿真结果表明,提出的跨阻式测量放大器设计不但能够提供一个稳定的电压输出和较小的输出噪声电平,以及具有高增益、高共模抑制比和与频率无关的差分增益,而且在更宽的带宽上能够有独立于TIA有限开环增益的共模抑制比,相比于现有的基于运算跨阻放大器的设计,还减少了元件数量.
