景区社会责任行为对游客忠诚行为的影响——基于地方依赖和地方认同的链式中介作用The Impact of Social Responsibility Behavior in Scenic Spots on Tourist Loyalty Behavior ——Based on the Chain Mediating Role of Local Dependence and Local Identity

摘要(Abstract):
基于“认知-情感-行为”理论,以甘肃省兰州野生动物园为调研地,探析景区社会责任行为对游客忠诚行为的影响,并对地方依赖和地方认同的链式中介作用进行研究。运用多元回归分析和Bootstrap中介检验方法,分析455名景区游客反馈的数据后发现:景区社会责任行为正向影响游客忠诚行为;地方依赖和地方认同在景区社会责任行为与游客忠诚行为之间起中介作用;地方依赖和地方认同在景区社会责任行为与游客忠诚行为间起链式中介作用。
