西部地区性别收入差异现状及其影响因素探究A Research on Gender Income Gap and Its Influencing Factors in Western China

摘要(Abstract)：
伴随着经济的高速发展,中国不仅出现了较为严重的收入不平等现象,也出现了性别收入不平等的现象。该文利用2010"中国西部社会经济变迁调查"数据,运用嵌套模型,探讨影响西部地区性别收入差异现状的因素。结果发现,影响西部地区性别收入差异现状的因素并不单一,户籍、人力资本、政治资本等都对其产生了影响。
