摘要(Abstract)：

前交叉韧带是膝关节最重要的稳定因素,对膝关节起着导向和限制作用.前交叉韧带断裂可以导致严重的关节不稳,从而严重影响运动功能;如未得到及时治疗,还会继发半月板、关节软骨损害和骨性关节炎等.近年来临床研究中发现,前交叉韧带断裂导致膝关节功能丧失,常常在一段时间内呈进行性加重的态势.因此,在治疗上需要从韧带的解剖、组织学和生物力学等各方面进行研究,完善前交叉韧带运动损伤的临床治疗.
