神经精神系统性红斑狼疮

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是自身免疫性疾病。临床可见多系统多器官受损,呈多次反复缓解或加重的临床过程,中枢和周围神经系统也易受累。现将近年收治的69例神经精神系统性红斑狼疮(Neuropsy chiatric systemic LuPus erythmatosus)报告如下:
