摘要(Abstract)：

研究生导师对研究生日常学习和生活起着重要影响，导生冲突是导生交往过程中不可避免的现象，可控的冲突有利于导生关系的长足发展，恶性冲突则会危害到导生的身心健康。选取10所美国顶尖大学，通过对其有关导生冲突的政策和文件内容进行分析，从防范机制、预警机制和化解机制这三个要素入手为我国解决导生冲突事件提供借鉴。
