薄层色谱-紫外可见分光光度法测定食品中的苏丹红Ⅲ、ⅣSimultaneous Determination of Sudan Red Ⅲand Sudan Red Ⅳ in Foods by TLC-UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

摘要(Abstract):
建立了测定食品中苏丹红Ⅲ、Ⅳ含量的新方法——薄层色谱-紫外可见分光光度法,讨论了影响测定的各种因素,方法的线性回归方程是苏丹红Ⅲ:A=0.09096c-0.00354,R=0.999;苏丹红Ⅳ:A=0.09298c-0.01514,R=0.999;线性范围:苏丹红Ⅲ:0.5~15μg/mL,苏丹红Ⅳ:0.5~15μg/mL;检出限:苏丹红Ⅲ、Ⅳ均为:0.05μg/mL.经过对实际样品的检测和与其它检测方法的比较,证明该方法具有良好的重现性,简便、准确,适合苏丹红的日常检测.
