隔行扫描图像编码的快速位移估值算法Fast Algorithm for Motion Estimation of Interlaced Video Coding

摘要(Abstract)：
本文针对隔行扫描图像,提出了一种基于“场子宏块匹配法”和“4:1抽样子块匹配法”的快速位移估值算法,将总的运算量缩减到穷举搜索法的1/32数量级,而重建图像的主观质量下降甚少。
