条斑紫菜叶状体嵌合性的分子生物学证据Evidence in Molecular Biology on Mosaic Thallus in Porphyra Yezoensis

摘要(Abstract):
利用微卫星标记的共显性特点,选用5对微卫星引物对65个条斑紫菜叶状体个体的嵌合性,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行了分析。结果显示:聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中既有两条带又有一条带,也即条斑紫菜叶状体个体中既有嵌合体又有纯合体,其中58.5%为纯合体,41.5%为嵌合体。这为条斑紫菜叶状体的嵌合性提供了分子生物学方面的证据。
