用扫描电镜研究喷雾干燥过程中筛颗粒的形成过程Studying the Process of Mesoporous Sieves Formation During Spray Drying by Using SEM

摘要(Abstract)：
首次用扫瞄电镜研究了喷雾干燥合成中孔分子筛的过程中颗粒的形成过程 ,发现了颗粒自外向内的逐层生长机制 ;用扫描电镜还研究了获得有序结构需要的表面活性剂量和喷雾温度 ;通过透射电镜和X射线观察 ,分子筛中存在有序结构 ,证实了扫描电镜观察的正确性 .
