大学英语课堂教学测试中教师职业道德研究On Teachers' Professional Ethics in College English Class-teaching Assessment

摘要(Abstract):
为改进大学英语课堂教学测试效果,促进学生更好地学习,从课堂教学测试中教师行为是否符合职业道德规范寻求突破,筛选出典型情景设计问卷。通过问卷分析和访谈发现大学英语教师在课堂教学测试中,尤其是在测试标准制定、测试公正性、测试评定和测试实施维度上存在较多职业道德问题,导致学生们对教师颇有微词,且学习动力不足,对待作业敷衍了事,作弊现象严重。运用对比试验和课堂观察发现,教师提高自身的职业道德认知水平将对学生产生积极有效的影响。
