牡丹SHMT基因的鉴定与生物信息学分析Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of Peony SHMT Genes

摘要(Abstract):
丝氨酸羟甲基转移酶(Serine hydroxymethyltransferase, SHMT)是一种磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)依赖酶,SHMT基因在为植物提供一碳单位和抗病虫害等方面发挥着重要作用.研究利用生物信息学方法从牡丹基因组数据库中鉴定得到33条SHMT基因.这些基因所编码的蛋白质含有69~603个不等数量的氨基酸,分子量大小为7.52~66.90 kD,理论等电点处于4.90~10.45之间,近2/3的基因都分布在第4条染色体上.启动子顺式作用原件分析显示,牡丹SHMT启动子中含有大量与植物光反应、应激反应等有关联的顺式作用原件.该研究结果可为牡丹SHMT基因功能的进一步研究奠定基础.
