溶剂热法制备纳米TiO2的研究A Study on the Preparation of TiO2 Nanometer Powders by the Solvothermal Method

摘要(Abstract):
以1,4-丁二醇为溶剂,利用溶剂热反应,在200~300℃的条件下,制备出了颗粒均匀、粒径小、无杂质的TiO2纳米粉体.用X射线衍射仪(X-Ray Diffractomer,XRD)分析了样品的晶形及其与处理温度的关系,用透射电镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)观察了样品的形貌,用红外光谱仪研究了样品的红外光谱.
