摘要(Abstract):
乙醇酸氧化酶存在于细胞过氧化物酶体中,是光呼吸代谢的关键酶之一,能催化乙醇酸氧化生成乙醛酸,催化乙醛酸生成草酸;光呼吸与农业生产关系紧密.乙醇酸氧化酶是一种黄素蛋白,不同来源的乙醇酸氧化酶全酶分子质量和亚基相差很大.
