PM2.5对室外体育锻炼群体的危害及对策研究The Harm of PM2.5 to Outdoor Sports Groups and Its Countermeasures

摘要(Abstract):
PM2.5的组成成分复杂多变且易受季节、气候的影响,长时间暴露在PM2.5高浓度区域内极易诱发机体在心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统、泌尿生殖系统产生炎症性病变,严重者引发细胞突变诱发癌症.针对室外体育锻炼的群体特征结合PM2.5组成成分、浓度变化规律以及致病机理,提出在合理的时间段内采取中低强度的运动形式进行锻炼,采取主动防护措施,远离PM2.5高浓度区域,在节能减排的基础上实现监控资源信息共享和完善法律法规建设,增强室外体育锻炼群体的健康安全意识,最大限度地减少PM2.5对室外体育锻炼群体的危害.
