高速电光调制器偏置点稳定控制技术研究On Stability Control Technology of Bias Point of High-speed Electro-optic Modulators

摘要(Abstract):
围绕高速电光调制器调制性能不稳定问题,基于调制器的电光调制及反馈调制特点,提出了一种基于导频法的高速电光调制器偏置点稳定控制器技术.该技术能够将高速电光调制器稳定调制保持在32 h以上,极大地保证了微波射频信号调制的保真度.同时,该偏置点稳定控制器具有结构简单,成本低和稳定性高等优势,确保了高速电光调制器在复杂工况下射频信号的稳定加载.
