牡丹茄腐镰刀菌FSH基因组中GATA类转录因子的鉴定与分析Identification and Analysis of GATA-Type Transcription Factors in the FSH Genome of Fusarium solani On Paeonia

摘要(Abstract):
牡丹根腐病主要是由茄腐镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)引起的,对牡丹种植区危害很大.GATA转录因子在病原真菌的定殖和致病过程中发挥重要作用.在牡丹茄腐镰刀菌FSH基因组中共鉴定出6条GATA类转录因子,它们均定位于细胞核中.在这6条GATA类转录因子编码的蛋白质中,有4个碱性蛋白(g2237.t1,g4943.t1,g6316.t1和g677.t1),1个酸性蛋白(g3670.t1)和1个中性蛋白(g13425.t1).这6个蛋白质均为亲水性和不稳定蛋白,它们编码的氨基酸数目区间为435~1025.保守结构域分析发现,这6个蛋白质除含有ZnF-GATA结构域外,g13425.t1还编码两个PAC结构域,g13425.t1和g3670.t1编码有PAS结构域;三级结构预测显示这6个蛋白质均无信号肽序列.研究阐述了牡丹茄腐镰刀菌FSH基因组中的GATA类转录因子基因及其生物信息学特征,以期为后期研究该类转录因子的功能提供一定的理论基础.
