摘要(Abstract)：

通过选取山东省制造业2003年到2013年21个行业规模以上企业的面板数据,检验FDI的溢出效应。实证检验结果表明从规模以上的企业来看,山东省制造业方面存在正的溢出效应,但是效果不明显,外资的增长必须有内资的支撑,只有调整两者的结构和数量才能更好地发挥作用。
