摘要(Abstract)：

当地居民作为旅游冲突的主要利益相关者，其对冲突的感知影响旅游发展的可持续性。为了提升历史文化街区的治理效能，以青岛市中山路改造区居民为研究对象，运用扎根理论细分冲突感知维度，构建并验证居民“冲突感知-地方认同-亲旅游行为”模型，同时加入政府信任作为调节变量。研究发现：(1)社区居民冲突感知有5个结构维度，即开发措施冲突、资源环境冲突、经济利益冲突、公共管理冲突和文化差异冲突。(2)居民冲突感知对地方认同和亲旅游行为具有显著负向影响。(3)地方认同在居民冲突感知对亲旅游行为的影响中发挥着部分中介作用。(4)政府信任作为调节变量显著缓解居民冲突感知对亲旅游行为的负向影响。
