摘要(Abstract)：

进化心理学情绪管理研究作为新兴领域，旨在探讨人类情绪的进化机制及其在现代社会中的表现和调节方法。在进化心理学看来，人类的情绪反应是通过漫长的进化过程形成的，帮助个体适应环境和解决生存问题。然而，现代社会的复杂性和多样性使这些进化形成的情绪反应有着特殊的蕴含，促使进化心理学有关情绪管理研究既考察情绪进化的起源和功能，又关注个体情绪调节问题，具有重要的社会价值。
