基于心理健康素养的中小学生心理问题预警与干预机制优化策略研究Optimization Strategies for Early-warning and Intervention Mechanism of Psychological Problems among Primary and Secondary Students Based on Mental Health Literacy

摘要(Abstract):
中小学阶段是预防心理疾病的关键期,建立高效的中小学生心理问题预警与干预机制具有重要的意义。当前心理问题预警与干预机制存在对中小学生心理问题的预警关注度较低、预警指标有待优化、整体协同性有待提升等问题。可以心理健康素养为抓手,通过分年龄段构建心理健康素养测试题库,基于心理健康素养开展心理健康课程,同步提升家长与教师的心理健康素养等途径优化当前心理问题预警与干预机制,促进我国中小学心理健康教育的发展。
